Product Detailed
We produce casting and forging parts, mill shaft,long shaft with center hole up to 20 meters long, Dia. 600mm with machining.
We have manufacturer special in making mill shaft, mill roller and crush plant shaft and cool-rollers including cool-working roller, support roller, smoothing roller, various mechanical blades and corrugated roller, etc. with managing quality and special forging pieces.
For manufacturing cool-roller, the high pure steel of 9Cr2Mo, 85Cr2MoV are selected.
For heavy forging heat-working roller, steel 60CrMnMo and 70Cr3Mo are adopted.
Heat treatment hardness and penetration of the cool-roller furface is accofrdance with user's requirement and working condition.
